A Mindful Approach to Therapy in St. Paul

Everybody has problems, and sometimes talking with an experienced professional can be surprisingly helpful. While I borrow from many traditions, my approach to therapy is simple: I use direct conversation, empathy and compassion, honesty, and humor. By identifying and focusing on our issues and confronting our pain honestly, we can figure out where we are stuck. Connecting emotionally with our pain allows us to let go and move forward–creating a renewed sense of freedom and ease in our lives.
