Insurance & Payment Options

My standard fee is $175.00 per session, though the initial intake session is $200.00. All clients are responsible for paying any deductibles and co-payments/co-insurance.  Payment is required at time of service.

Sessions are fifty minutes long.

INSURANCE:

I participate in many health insurance plans:

• Blue Cross/Blue Shield,
• Optum,
• Medica, United Behavioral Health (UBH),
• United Health Care (UHC),
• MHCP (Minnesota Health Care Plans).

If you have health insurance coverage with a plan I am not a provider for, you would have to use your out-of-network benefits. In this case, you would pay me directly, and I would provide you with a monthly bill which you would submit to your insurance provider. Depending on your out-of-network benefits, you may receive partial reimbursement.
