While Grant was not my first counselor, I have found that his approach and counseling style, professionalism, and insights have provided me and my family with a grounding point for self reflection, acceptance, improvement, and growth. Within seven months, my son had learned and was practicing all the skills he needed to handle his feelings and emotions towards the cards he was being dealt. Grant's methods of analogies, humor, emotions through art, overall kindness, and endless knowledge made for an amazing experience. My son very much enjoyed his visits and doesn't hesitate to go back every now and then when another bump in the road arises.
